Product Warranty
The warranty terms and conditions of the product manufacturer or Mriya cosmetics store apply only to products with warranty cards. You receive a warranty card with detailed warranty conditions together with the purchased product at the time of purchase. Product Replacement
We will replace the purchased product if:
- The product has a manufacturing defect (mechanical damage is not considered as such)
- During the order fulfillment, our store made a mistake, as a result of which you received the wrong model and/or product that you paid for.
Return of goods
List of categories of goods that are not subject to exchange/return of quality goods:
- Medical and hygiene items, perfumes and cosmetics;
- Textile products and decorative goods (including New Year’s accessories);
- Wires, wire, cables;
- Individually measured goods;
- Dishes and kitchen utensils;
- Household chemicals;
- Uniforms and leisure goods;
- Stationery and toys;
- Discounted goods
Important notes
- When returning goods, you must confirm the online payment receipt or any other supporting document, and also have the buyer’s ID and the purchased product with you.
- In some cases, the buyer must fill out the appropriate form to return the goods. The approximate time for reviewing the application is up to 30 calendar days.
- In case of return of goods, the cost of the original transportation is not reimbursed.
